    DIGITAL MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN - PART-TIME (Unpaid)

    Qualifications

    Students applying for this internship should be Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communication majors, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity in a fast-paced setting. Must be proficient in writing and editing copy for marketing materials. Knowledge of social media marketing, (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) is preferred. Familiarity with e-mail marketing programs, such as Constant Contact, is preferred. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with the creation and design of digital marketing materials including:
      • Web Banners & Advertisements
      • Sales & Event Flyers
      • Email Blasts
      • Social Media Graphics
    • Proof material for accuracy.
    • Monitor and update inventories of printed materials.
    • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks.
    • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
    • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
    • Assist in tracking marketing efforts through analytics and other resources.
    • Work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and vendors.
