REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT

 

MARQUIS HEALTH SERVICES - WOBURN, MA

 

Marquis Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Case Management to oversee our Mid-Atlantic region. The Regional Director of Case Management must have multi-site management experience and must be a RN with extensive reimbursement experience in Long Term Care environment. 

 

The Regional Director of Case Management reports directly to the Vice President of Case Management Services. This role requires frequent travel to facilities throughout Massachuesetts and Rhode Island and to our corporate office located in Brick, NJ.

Qualifications

  • Active and unincumbered RN license
  • Experience as a case manager in Long Term Care required.
  • Experience managing a team required.
  • Possesses and demonstrates competence in an identified area of clinical expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expressing self in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the interdisciplinary team members, patients, families, and external case managers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Analytical and strong problem solving skills.  Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions.

Responsibilities

  Essential duties of the Regional Case Management Director includes but are not limited to:

  • Firm knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care, reimbursement systems, regulatory policy & procedures to ensure facilities remain in compliance
  • Risk Management and Trouble Shooting - Maintaining Facility reimbursement and Compliance in Accordance with Federal and State Regulations
  • Educating members of Interdisciplinary Staff 
  • Quality Management
  • Patient Transitional/ discharge Management
  • ACO/PHO/Managed Care/BPCI Relations and management oversight
  • Strong communication skills, strong computer skills, ability to work well in a fast pace environment
